Latest Update from Toxikon about COVID-19

With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are continuing to update you on any changes or impacts at Toxikon relative to the services we provide our customers world-wide.

Starting today, March 24th, Massachusetts enacted a closing of non-essential businesses until April 7th to minimize the potential spread of COVID-19. As a life science company supporting the healthcare industry and medical supply chain, Toxikon is categorized as an essential business, and we will continue to operate the laboratory during this period.

To help ensure the safety of our workforce and minimize disruptions to the business, we have put into effect flexible scheduling for our employees. As a result, testing timelines may be delayed but we hope to continue to deliver data as close as possible to published turnaround times.

We would like to apologize for any late reporting and inconveniences this may cause, but do ask for your patience as we continue to take necessary precautions to carry out studies as efficiently as possible while maintaining the physical safety of all involved.

Please do not hesitate to contact your Sales and/or Customer Service representatives or Study Directors as needed for follow-up information or questions.

As a reminder, the health and safety of our employees and sponsors is our top priority, and we will continue to keep you updated with any new developments as this situation evolves. We are in uncertain times but we remain optimistic about the future.

Thank you for your trust and your business.
